Every country has their own version of kebabs. In India, tandoori style kebabs are very popular. The key ingredient in these kebabs is the tandoori marinade which can be used for pretty much anything – chicken, fish, paneer, tofu, cauliflower, etc. In today’s recipe, I used paneer and bell peppers. They are threaded onto skewers that are marinated in the homemade tandoori marinade and then grilled until seared all around.
