My daughter came home from school very happy and announced that she has a butter recipe for me.
Butter recipe?
“Yes Mom, butter recipe and you will love it.”
Really!
“Do we have baking chocolate at home?”
Chocolate! Didn’t you just say butter recipe. Why would you need chocolate, then?
“It is called Tiger butter but is made from chocolate and peanut butter”.
Ok, Have you ate it before?
“Yes Mom, I ate it just today and I tell you it was so….. good”. “We finished the whole box that my friend brought”.
My daughter handed me the recipe which one of her friend’s mother has been making for years. My daughter wanted to share tiger butter with her youth club members this Thursday ( that was the reason of her happiness). I found the recipe to be simple but the only problem was that I do not like white chocolate as much as I like the dark. Even though she was taking some for her club members I was keeping the other half at home. So I thought to give it a try by increasing the dark chocolate.
I enjoyed the melting, mixing and swirling process. Well, swirling does not exactly give the tiger stripe effect but if you look the first image of tiger butter on google that’s the best I liked. The taste was off the hook wonderful with peanut butter mingled in chocolate.
Chocolate and peanut butter lovers this is a treat for your taste buds. Make sure you you eat in small dose and keep the box away from your eyes or else its going to disappear quickly.
You do not have to be specific for the ingredients just be creative. I had some milk chocolate so I mixed that with dark one.
TIGER BUTTER
Ingredients:
368gm dark chocolate
140 gm milk chocolate chunks
648 gm callebaut white chocolate
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter at room temperature
oil spray
Method:
Line a 8×10″ baking tray with aluminum foil. Spray with oil. Chop both the chocolates into small pieces. Put it in separate bowls. Mix dark and milk chocolate and melt it in microwave for 1 minute. Stir it nicely. If it needs more melting go ahead and microwave for another 20 – 30 seconds. When its done microwave the white chocolate. Pour the 3/4 of dark chocolate on the prepared cookie tray. Spread it with a spatula. Mix peanut butter in melted white chocolate and stir until smooth. Pour this over dark chocolate. Drizzle the remaining dark chocolate on top of white.
Now with a skewer or knife tip swirl together to make stripes. Just play with it but make sure that the skewer goes down to get the chocolate effect in the peanut butter mixture.
Set the tray in fridge for one hour to harden. Turn out onto cutting board and cut into small squares or break into random pieces.
This is something which everyone can enjoy.

HELLO EVERYONE
I WAS NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY BLOG AND IT JUST DISAPPEARED FROM THE WEB. BUT NOW THE ISSUE IS SOLVED.

I like that combination of dark and white chocs inside. I think by placing it in the fridge, that chilling effect will bring out extra taste to this dessert.
Glad everything is fine with your blog. I almost died when my blog disappeared one week ago and thanks to Lizzy for informing me to change the password.
Balvinder Ubi
The password thing did not work me because it was not taking me to the account settings page. I had to get some code to retrieve my own account.

I love that you have used three different types of chocolate here. How yummy is that! I can only imagine how delicious this must taste especially with the peanut butter and triple chocolate combination.
Glad to know that your website is up and running again. I got a bit of a scare a month ago too. I hit the dreaded red button on my site and lost the design on it. Luckily we were able to restore it but did lose one of the posts.

I always admire when I see beautiful swirl. I am not very detail person and I’m too scared to make swirl…maybe I just need 2-3 practices. Beautiful chocolate treats!
Balvinder Ubi
It does not need any practice. Trust me it is very very simple.
