Sauces and spices make our life. Here are some of the condiments that I use in my everyday cooking. Some needs to be refrigerated and some can be stored in the pantry. I’ll use R for refrigeration and P if that item can be store in kitchen cabinet after opening.

Do you have a particular brand of spices that you rely on for amchur and other indian spices? I generally use Spicely brand but they don’t seem to sell amchur or certain other spices less commonly used in North America. My son has a food allergy to gluten. Thank you in advance.

Hi Dan,
I don’t have any preference for a particular brand of spices because I prefer to buy whole spices and then ground them at home in a coffee grinder.
Amchur, I buy from MDH. It is not labeled gluten free but I trust the company and it is ground dehydrated mango.
